One thing for sure I was never going to move to win 10 while that cmd. I have a laptop. Please help me get rid of them. I'm working with 8. The entire computer is very very slow. I am running virus scan now and so far after 15 min nothing has come up showing there is a virus. I plan to do a disc defrag. If none of this helps, what can I do to get the computer to run faster and keep that black box from popping up?

I've upgraded to windows ten and now it blinks for about a thousandth of a second about every 30 seconds. It had a different name to it instead of cmd. It was for a computer that you would have at your office and you could work on it at home. How do u get rid of it?
